lovely stay, hosts are amazing and respond quickly ! Positive: Great location, in the heart of liverpool, short walk to bars and restaurants Good amenities, tea coffee fridge nice and spacious, very clean Negative: the only thing to comment on is that it would be great to have a full length mirror , other than that the stay was perfect, clean, had all we needed

Very clean cool apartment Positive: Great space, very clean, fast responses from team who look after the property, free parking, as central as you could want - we will be back Negative: It is noisy on sat night but we went on a night out so didn’t matter to us, Sunday and Monday once the balcony door closed it wasn’t so bad and ear plugs are provided so wasn’t an issue

Positive: n/a Negative: Families - STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! The flat is next door to large number of bars and nightclubs, which are open to 4am on weekends. The noise level is so high that we found it difficult to have a normal conversation even with doors and windows closed. It is not possible to sleep in this place on weekends. We left the property after 20 mins and incurred massive extra expense for alternative accommodation. NB! Information about noise level is very hard to find in Booking.com listing (you have to click the «about the host» item; noise level not mention under «about the apartment») and misleading, since it mentions «some noise» whereas in fact this is at a level where you need professional noise protection equipment. Area felt unsafe at 6 pm, with lots of drunk people shouting obscenities after us. Only suitable for people who want to part all night long. I have made a formal complaint to the owners and to Booking.com - there should be a much better and more visible noise warning for this listing.

Amazing location, and nice apartment with plenty character and a balcony. Positive: A nice apartment with plenty of character. Great to have a balcony to sit on and watch the world go by in Concert Square below. My wife also left some jewellery there and the host couldn’t have been more helpful in getting it back to her. Negative: For the cost, with the recent hot weather, air-con would have been nice, and a full-length mirror somewhere in the apartment.
