City Centre Apt | Restaurants & Free Parking

Good location. Terrible experience with hosts not refunding £150 security deposit. Positive: The apartment itself was fine. Excellent location, good parking nearby. However, the hosts took a security deposit of £150 prior to our stay and then refused to return the deposit, falsely accusing my son and I of smoking in the apartment and leaving it untidy. We don't smoke, we didn't cause any damage, and we left it in good condition. This is deeply disappointing. Negative: I felt like it was a scam, being asked to make a payment outside of the booking.com system, then being falsely accused of causing damage. If anyone risks booking this apartment I recommend taking video or photos of the condition of the place on arrival, so you can't be accused of causing damage.

Positive: Very central to everything and the nightlife. Ear plugs provided for the noise also great location

Positive: Lovely clean and spacious appartment. Great location, secure free parking an additional bonus. There were some issues with my bank, and paying the security deposit was difficult. Shay was extremely professional and patient, whilst I resolved this. We will definitely try and book here again Negative: 3rd floor, no lift, not sure this was clear when booking bit it wasn't a problem for us. Some noise from local venues, but again not a problem as we were expecting this and os typical of a prime city center location
